不同助剂对聚氨酯弹性体耐热性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 以聚醚多元醇PTMG1000、聚环氧丙烷醚多元醇330N和二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)等作原材料,采用预聚体法合成了PTMG1000/330N/MDI聚氨酯弹性体材料;通过改变助剂种类和用量,测试了聚氨酯弹性体材料高温处理后的力学性能保持率和热失重曲线,研究了助剂种类和用量对耐热性能的影响。结果表明,加入助剂可提高耐热性能;当SiO_2用量为预聚体的1%时,聚氨酯弹性体耐热性能高于其他用量的聚氨酯弹性体。 By using polyether polyols PTMG1000,polyether polyols 330 N,MDI and different additives as raw material,polyurethane elastomers(PUE)was synthesised by prepolymer method,the mechanical properties retention rate and heat weight loss curve after high temperature treatment were tested by changing the kinds and content of additives,the effects of kinds and content of additive on heat resistance were researched.The results showed that the heat resistance was improved by adding additives,the heat resistance of PUE when SiO2 content was 1% of prepolymer content were higher than that of PUE with any content.
