摘要
在分析中医药抗病毒研究现状及存在的主要问题的基础上,提出了中医药抗病毒研究“三个必须”的基本取向和总体思路:中医药抗病毒实践必须坚持中医药理论统领,全面保持中医药的科学内核;中医药抗病毒临床必须建立“证病结合”诊疗体系,发挥中医药的优势特色;中医药抗病毒研究必须合理引入现代生物科学,促进中医药的现代化。在长期开展中医药抗病毒研究的过程中,探索出了以“证毒协辨,证病双应,药药协同,复方创新”为核心的“证毒协辨”理论。该创新理论既以中医辨证为主,坚持中医的主体地位,又注重将现代医学的辨病毒结合进来,辨证与辨病相互协同,互为补充,取长补短。在详细论述创新理论内涵的同时,阐明了该理论的应用路径、现实意义和应用前景。
Based on the analysis of the development and current problems of antivirus research of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),the basic orientation and general idea of the "three musts" of TCM antivirus research are proposed:TCM theory should be the guide for the practice of TCM antivirus research,to compre- hensively maintain the scientific core of TCM. For the TCM antivirus clinical practice,a "combination of syndromes and diseases" should be established so as to take the advantage of TCM. For TCM antivirus research,modern bio-science should be rationally introduced to promote the modernization of TCM. In the long-term TCM antivirns study,the authors put forward a highly generalized syndication theory of "syndrome-virus differentiation, syndrome-disease treatment,drug-drug synergy,and compound innovation." This theory emphasizes the dominant position of TCM with syndrome differentiation as the core,and also combines with the virus differentiation by modern medicine,to integrate and supplement syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation with each other. The connotation of the theory is discussed in detail ,and the applica- tion scope and approach of the theory as well as its practical significance and application prospects are also clarified.
