益肾化瘀泄浊法治疗早期糖尿病肾病经验

Experience in Treating Early Diabetic Nephropathy by Tonifying Kidneys,Resolving Stasis and Purging Turbidity

总结归纳对早期糖尿病肾病的病机认识及用药经验。本病病机以肾虚为本,瘀浊内阻为标;在治疗上,重视饮食调摄,用药强调益肾填精固其本,泄浊化瘀治其标,随证加减,循序渐进,收效显著。并举例验案进行说明。

The understanding of disease mechanism and experience in prescription for early diabetic nephropathy was summarized. For the disease mechanism,kidney deficiency is the root and internal accumu- lation of stasis and turbidity is the branch. On treatment,dietary therapy is emphasized and medication aims at tonifying kidneys,supplementing essence to consolidate the root,and purging the turbidity and resolving stasis to treat the branch. The treatment should base on the symptoms and last for long time to achieve satisfactory effect. Also there are proved cases to illustrate the experience.
