建中化湿汤治疗活动期溃疡性结肠炎临床研究

Clinical Study on Active Ulcerative Colitis Treated with Jianzhong Huashi Decoction

目的：观察建中化湿汤治疗活动期溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法：选取活动期溃疡性结肠炎患者70例,符合中医脾虚湿蕴证,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与治疗组各35例,对照组采用柳氮磺胺吡啶片治疗,治疗组采用柳氮磺胺吡啶片联合建中化湿汤治疗,均连续治疗28 d。结果：两组治疗后hs-CRP、ESR、IL-6、DAI评分、结肠镜评分、黏膜组织评分较治疗前降低（P〈0.05）,治疗组降低程度大于对照组（P〈0.05）;两组治疗后IL-10、IBDQ评分较治疗前升高（P〈0.05）,治疗组升高程度大于对照组（P〈0.05）;治疗组总有效率高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：运用建中化湿汤治疗活动期溃疡性结肠炎,能够抑制促炎症因子表达,促进抗炎症因子表达,减轻肠黏膜病损程度,增强肠黏膜屏障功能,改善生存质量,提高临床疗效。

Objective ：To observe the clinical effect of Jianzhong Huashi decoction on the treatment of active ulcerative colitis. Methods：Seventy patients with active ulcerative colitis meeting with the criteria of spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation of traditional Chinese medicine were divided into the control group and treatment group by random number table,35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with sulfasalazine,while the treatment group was treated with sulfasalazine in combination with Jianzhong Huashi Decoction. The treatment in both groups lasted for 28 days. Results：After treatment,the hs-CRP,ESR,IL-6, DAI seores,colonoseopy scores,mucosal tissue scores were lower than those before treatment （P〈 0.05 ） , and in the treatment group were more obviously reduced than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. The IL-10 and IBDQ scores were higher than those before treatment in both groups （P〈 0.05 ） , and in the treatment group increased more than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：In the treatment of active ulcerative colitis,Jianzhong Huashi Decoction can inhibit the expression of proinflammatory cytokines and promote the expression of anti-inflammatory cytokines,reduce the degree of intestinal mucosal lesion,enhance the intestinal mucosal barrier function,improve life quality, and improve the clinical curative effect.
