Experience of SUN Wei in Treating Chronic Kidney Disease Based on Combination of Disease Differentiation and Syndrome Differentiation

辨证是对疾病发展过程中某一阶段总的概括,辨病是对疾病基本矛盾和演变规律的认识。二者从不同的角度反映出疾病的本质。孙伟教授在慢性肾脏病的治疗中,以病为纲,以证为目,病证结合,疗效显著。其以辨证为先,病证结合论治膜性肾病、IgA肾病、糖尿病肾病、蛋白尿、肾性贫血等慢性肾脏疾病,针对本虚标实而辨证治本,以收良效。

Syndrome differentiation is the summary of the disease at the certain stage during the disease development,while disease differentiation is the understanding of the basic contradictions and development law of disease. Both reflect the essence of the disease from different aspects. In the treatment of chronic kidney disease,Professor SUN Wei takes the disease as the guiding principle,and syndrome as entry to combine the disease and syndrome,and has achieved significant effect. In the treatment of chronic kidney disease such as membranous nephropathy,IgA nephropathy,diabetic nephropathy,proteinuria and renal anemia,syndrome differentiation is in the first place,and should be combined with disease differentiation. This method aims at the disease root based on the deficient root and excessive branch to achieve satisfactory effect.
