Efficiency of Innovation System of Regional Strategic Emerging Industries Based on the Functional Perspective

基于创新系统的功能视角,此研究主要考察中国区域战略性新兴产业创新系统的效率。根据中国战略新兴产业的特点以及关于创新系统的文献,首先提取相关的功能指标;其次,采用数据包络分析法(DEA)考察中国30个省份区域战略新兴产业创新系统的效率;最终,以期为提高创新系统的效率以及战略新兴产业的发展提供一定的政策建议。

The purpose of this paper is to explore the efficiency of innovation system of regional strategic emerging industries in China through the functional perspective. This paper primarily extracts some elements from previous literatures about functions of innovation systems according to the characteristics of the strategic emerging industries in China. Then it uses the method of data envelopment analysis(DEA) to explore the efficiency of innovation system through the empirical test of a sample of thirty provincial regions of China. Finally, it maybe provide basis of decision for increasing efficiency of innovation system and developing the strategic emerging industries.
