癌症早期姑息治疗的研究进展

Research progress of palliative care in cancer at early stages

恶性肿瘤在目前的医疗条件下仍是不可治愈性疾病。疾病进展和抗肿瘤治疗不仅对患者的身心健康造成很大影响,同时也给患者家庭和社会带来巨大经济负担。姑息医学在恶性肿瘤中的应用早已超出临终关怀的范围,贯穿于抗肿瘤治疗的全程而不受限于疾病的预后。近年来很多临床试验证实,姑息治疗早期介入抗肿瘤治疗全程(即早期姑息治疗)不仅可提高晚期癌症患者生活质量、减轻症状强度,甚至延长生存期,还能有效降低医疗成本。但目前实际临床工作中恶性肿瘤的姑息治疗仍不能实现早期姑息治疗。

Cancer is still incurable disease under current medical conditions.The disease progression and anti-tumor treatment not only have a great impact on the physical and mental health of patients,but also bring huge economic burden to their family and the society.Throughout the whole course of anti-tumor therapy,palliative care has long been beyond the scope of hospice care and is not limited to the prognosis of the disease.In recent years,many clinical trials confirm the palliative care of early intervention during anti-tumor therapy（early palliative care）can improve the quality of life,reduce the symptom intensity,and even prolong the survival as well as effectively reduce the cost of medical care.However,the malignant tumor in actual clinical work in palliative care still can′t achieve early palliative care.
