资本与权力:我国体育小镇空间生产的主要动力

Capital and Power:Major Driving Forces of Space Production in Chinese Sports Town

体育小镇建设已经成为基层经济社会事业、全民健身与健康事业、体育产业发展的重要举措。然而,我国体育小镇建设起步较晚、理论滞后,出现了内驱动力不足、资本增值搁浅等问题。以新马克思主义的空间生产理论为依托,明确资本和权力是我国体育小镇空间生产的主要动力,即以资本推动和拉动小镇建设,以权力平衡和调控小镇发展。通过深入分析浙江体育小镇空间生产的动力机制,最终提出基础设施先行、引导资本投入公共服务领域、确立权力引导地位以及明晰权能影响因素的对策。

The construction of sports town has become an important measure to develop economic and social undertakings at basic levels ,national fitness and health undertakings and sports industry. However ,the construction of sports town in Chi- na is still in the early stage and related theories are therefore lagging, which leads to the problems of lacking in inner driving force and stranding capital appreciation. Thus,inspired by the theory of production of space in the principle of Marx＇ s political economy, the main point of this essay is to conclude the major driving forces of production of space in sports town in China; capital and power. Capital promotes and pushes town construction, while power balances and constructs the development of town. By deeply analyzing the driving force mechanism of space production in Zhejiang Sports Town, the author puts forward the strategy of infrastructure coming first, leading capital into public service field, establishing the power guiding position and clarifying the scope of power.
