摘要
提出了消防车水力性能测试实验室的总体设计要求,并开发了一套消防车水力性能检测系统。依据国家相关标准要求,设计了消防车水力性能测试装置系统的整体方案,详细论述了装置的水力管路设计、硬件配置、软件功能等要求。该装置实现了消防车水力性能实验自动化,并可扩展成多工位同时测试,满足了对消防车水力性能检验的需求。
The overall design requirements of the hydraulic performance testing laboratory for fire engines were proposed and a set of hydraulic performance testing system was developed. According to the national standard requirements, the whole scheme of the system was designed and stated in detail the hydraulic pipeline design, the hardware configuration requirements and the software function analysis. The system realized the automation of the hydraulic performance test of the fire engine and was capable of being expanded into multiple testing stations to meet the requirements of testing the fire trucks simultaneously for fire force.
