摘要
利用商业化的环氧乳液与聚酰胺固化剂为主要原料设计配方,制备了高性能水性双组分环氧底漆。在试验中分析考察了双组分环氧底漆两组分配比对其防腐蚀性能的影响;同时通过对不同底漆配方的耐盐雾性能测试,研究分析了配方中颜料体积浓度对底漆防护性能的影响。
The waterborne two-component epoxy primer with high performance was prepared by epoxy emulsion and polyamide curing agent. On the one hand, the effect of the ratio of two-components of epoxy primer on its corrosion resistance is investigated in the experiment. On the other hand, the effect of pigment volume content on the protective properties of the primer to the substrate is studied.
