清心神安方主要药效学实验研究

Experimental study on main pharmacodynamics of Qingxin Shen'an decoction

目的观察清心神安方的主要药效学。方法 1)KM小鼠60只随机分为5组,每天灌胃给药1次,14 d后进行自主活动的检测;2)继续给药至第28天,腹腔注射阈剂量戊巴比妥钠,观察并记录其入睡潜伏期、翻正反射恢复时间,计算睡眠持续时间。3)KM小鼠100只随机分为5组,每天灌胃给药1次,连续灌胃28 d。腹腔注射阈下剂量戊巴比妥钠,记录睡眠动物数和睡眠百分率。结果清心神安方及地西泮对照药均能明显减少小鼠自主活动总路程及降低小鼠自主活动平均速度(P<0.01),能明显缩短睡眠潜伏期及延长戊巴比妥钠睡眠时间(P<0.05),提高阈下剂量戊巴比妥钠所致小鼠睡眠发生率。结论清心神安方有较好的镇静催眠作用。

Objective To observe the efficacy of main pharmacodynamics of Qingxin Shen＇ an decoction. Methods 1） 60 KM mice were randomly divided into 5 groups, gavage once a day, detect the autonomic activities after 14 days. 2） Continue to administrat to twenty-eighth days, intraperitoneal injection of subthreshold dose of pentobarbital sodium, observe and record the sleep latency, righting reflex recovery time, sleep duration calculation. 3）100 KM mice were randomly divided into 5 groups, gavage once a day for 28 days. The number of sleeping animals and the percentage of sleeping animals were recorded after intraperitoneal injection of subthreshold dose of pentobarbital sodium. Results Qingxin Shen＇an decoction and diazepam group could significantly decrease the spontaneous activity of mice, reduce the total distance of the spontaneous activity and average velocity of mice（P〈0.01）, which can significantly shorten the sleep latency and prolong the sleeping time induced by pentobarbital sodium（P〈0.05）, increase the incidence of subthreshold dose of pentobarbital sleeping. Conclusion Qingxin Shen＇an decoction has good eff ects of sedative and hypnotic.
