针刺对高尿酸血症大鼠模型血尿酸等的影响

Effect of acupuncture on serum uric acid in rats with hyperuricemia

目的通过针刺高尿酸血症大鼠模型,观察不同穴组对SUA、BUN、ALT、AST的影响,探讨针刺对高尿酸血症是否具有干预作用,为临床提供选穴依据。方法 wistar大鼠50只,随机分为空白组、模型组、俞穴组、原穴组、募穴组,每组10只。除空白组外,其余各组均给予造模剂腺嘌呤100 mg/(kg·d)和乙胺丁醇250mg/(kg·d)灌胃,造模同时分别对各穴组进行针刺干预。实验结束后用生化法检测血清中SUA、BUN、ALT、AST含量。结果与空白组比较,模型组SUA、BUN均升高(P<0.05)。与模型组比较,俞穴组、原穴组、募穴组SUA、BUN含量明显降低(P<0.05),其中募穴组的SUA含量呈极显著降低(P<0.01)。ALT、AST含量各组间均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针刺俞穴、募穴、原穴对降低高尿酸血症SUA、BUN均有影响,其中针刺募穴效果最好。造成ALT、AST各组间均无差异性的原因需进一步研究。

Objective By observing the eff ects of acupuncturing diff erent acupoints on serum uric acid（SUA）, blood urea nitrogen（BUN）, alanine transminase（ALT） and aspartate transaminase（AST） in rats with gout hyperuricemia, to discuss whether acupuncture can intervene hyperuricemia and provide evidence in support of selecting the best acupoints. Methods 50 Wistar rats were divided into blank group, model group, Shu points group, Yuan points group and Mu points group randomly, 10 rats for each group. Except the blank group, the rest groups were modeled by gavage with adenine（100 mg/kg·d） and ethambutol（250 mg/kg·d）. Acupuncturing intervention started at the same time with the modeling. After the experiment was finished, the levels of serum SUA, BUN, ALT and AST were detected by biochemical method. Results Compared with the blank group, the levels of SUA and BUN in the model group were increased（P〈0.05）. Compared with the model group, the levels of SUA and BUN in Shu points group, Yuan points group and Mu points group were obviously decreased（P〈0.05）, and the SUA level in Mu points group was significantly decreased（P〈0.01）. There were no statistically significant diff erences in AST and ALT between these groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncturing Shu points, Yuan points and Mu points have influences on hyperuricemia, and acupuncturing Mu points shows the best intervention eff ect on hyperuricemia. The reason for the fact that there is no diff erences in ALT and AST among all 5 groups should be further studied.
