近五年针药结合治疗腰椎间盘突出症研究进展

目的探讨腰椎间盘突出症的针药结合治疗方法。方法应用计算机检索,归纳整理近5年来针药结合治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床文献中所用的各类针药结合方法。结果统计分析后得出,主要以单纯针刺、电针、温针结合中药内服和针灸结合中药外治、针刺结合西药以及针刺结合穴位注射等治疗方法为主,且临床有效率高。结论近年来,针药结合治疗腰椎间盘突出症较单纯针灸或药物治疗疗效突出,已被临床广泛应用,但缺乏综述类文献。

Objective To discuss the combination of acupuncture and medicine in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods To summarize all kinds of acupuncture and medicine combination methods in the clinical literature of treating lumbar disc herniation In the last five years by computer retrieval. Results After statistical analysis, the main treatment methods are simple acupuncture, electroacupuncture, needle warming moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture combined with western medicine and acupuncture combined with acupoint injection, and the clinical eff ective rate is high. Conclusion In recent years, the combination of acupuncture and medicine for treating prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc is more prominent than that of simple acupuncture or medicine treatment, and that has been widely used in clinical practice, but lack of literature review.
