针灸对脑网络调节作用的研究进展

Research progress of the effects of acupuncture on brain networks

目的总结针灸对于脑网络调节的最新研究进展。方法使用Pubmed数据库,检索2000-2017年影响因子大于0.5分的与针灸和脑网络相关的研究文献,分析总结归纳其方法及结果,探讨针刺影响脑网络的作用规律和研究现状。结果共筛选出相关研究报告22篇,分别从健康受试者和患者的角度,采用针刺、电针、磁疗等多种穴位刺激方法,探究针灸疗法对脑网络的调节作用。结论针灸刺激可以对默认脑网络(DMN)和脑边缘叶-旁边缘叶-新皮层系统(LPNN)等多个脑区起到调节作用,并与一些疾病的恢复相关。

Objective Summarize the latest research progress of acupuncture for brain network regulation. Methods Pubmed database was used to search the literatures related to acupuncture and brain network which had a factor of more than 0.5 between 2000 and 2017. The methods and results were analyzed and summarized, and the eff ect of acupuncture on brain network was discussed. Results 22 studies were selected which discussed the eff ect of acupuncture on brain networks from healthy volunteers and patients through diff erent stimulations acupuncture, electronic-acupuncture, magnetic stimulation, for instance. Conclusion It is recognized that acupuncture can regulate the brain networks such as Default network（DMN）, limbic–paralimbic–neocortical network（LPNN）. It seems to be contact with some diseases recovery.
