中医药综合干预防治1级高血压的特色与优势

目的高血压病发病率、致残率及病死率逐年上升,防治高血压病成为当今医学界亟待解决的问题,中医药防治高血压病具有一定的特色与优势。方法采用文献回顾的方法,查阅中医药治疗高血压病的理论及临床资料,从中草药、耳穴压籽、穴位贴敷、有氧运动如打太极拳等特色疗法,对中医药治疗高血压病的优势进行综合、归纳。结果中医药整体调节、辨证论治的个性化治疗,治未病理念的早期干预,均可以有效的降低高血压引起的危险事件,平稳降压。结论中医药综合干预防治高血压病具有一定的特色和优势,但仍存在诸多问题,扬长避短,尽最大的程度发挥中医药的优势,才能更好的运用中医药改善患者的生活质量。

Objective The incidence of hypertension, disability rate and mortality rate are rising year by year. Prevention and treatment of hypertension has become a problem to be solved urgently in the medical field. Traditional Chinese medicine has certain characteristics and advantages in preventing and treating hypertension. Methods Using the method of literature review, to consult the theory and clinical data of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of hypertension, from Chinese herbal medicine, ear point seed pressing, acupoint application, aerobic exercise, such as Taijiquan, etc. The advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of hypertension were synthesized and summarized. Results The whole regulation of TCM, the individualized treatment based on syndrome diff erentiation and the early intervention of the idea of preventing disease can eff ectively reduce the dangerous events caused by hypertension and reduce blood pressure steadily. Conclusion Chinese medicine comprehensive intervention to prevent and treat hypertension has certain characteristics and advantages, but there are still many problems, to maximize the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine, in order to better use Chinese medicine to improve the quality of life of patients.
