我国地面电视全数字频率规划方案实施的重点与难点

The Keynote and Difficulty in the National DTMB All-digital Frequency Planning

为了提高无线广播电视频谱的使用效率,让广大人民享受到更高质量的广播电视公共服务,广播电视规划院制定了我国地面电视全数字频率规划方案。该方案的实施面临现有频率的调整、相关发射设备的部署以及各类型单频网的组建和管理等诸多挑战。本文分析了全数字频率规划方案工程实施过程中需要重点关注的问题,为今后广播电视主管部门开展相关工作提供参考和借鉴。

ABP has made an all-digital frequency planning for the national DTMB, in order to improve the efficiency of broadcasting spectrum and the quality of public broadcasting service. The planning implementation faces challenges such as the adjustment of the existing frequency, the deployment of related transmitting equipment, and the establishment and management of all types of single frequency networks. This paper analyzes the key problems in the implementation of the all-digital frequency planning and provides a reference for the radio and television departments in the future.
