摘要
目的建立微波消解-火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定口服液类保健食品中锌含量的分析方法。方法优化了前处理环节,采用微波法对样品进行消解,用火焰原子吸收分光光度计测定锌含量。结果本方法测定锌的检出限为0.025μg/ml,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.61%~0.93%(n=6),加标回收率在98.0%~101.3%之间。结论本方法高效、灵敏、准确,适用于口服液类保健食品中锌的含量测定。
[Objective] To establish a method for the determination of zinc in oral liquid health foods by microwave digestion- flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry. [Methods] The pre-treatment method was optimized. The sample was digested by the microwave method, and the zinc content was tested by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer. [Results] The detection limit of zinc was 0.025 μg/ml, the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 0.61%-0.93%(n=6), and the recovery of standard addition was 98.0%-101.3%. [Conclusion] This method is effficient,sensitive and accurate,which is suitable for measuring zinc in oral liquid health foods.
