2013—2016年上海市浦东新区呼吸道腺病毒分子流行病学特征

Molecular epidemiological characteristics of respiratory infection caused by adenovirus in Pudong New Area of Shanghai from 2013-2016

目的了解2013—2016年上海市浦东新区腺病毒感染的分子流行病学特征。方法通过对区内7家医疗机构呼吸道样本使用多重PCR方法检测呼吸道病毒,对腺病毒阳性样本使用Hep-2细胞进行毒株分离,分离到的毒株通过Hexon蛋白基因进行PCR扩增和产物测序和分析。结果 2013—2016年,共检测3 446份呼吸道样本,检出呼吸道病毒阳性标本1 428份,检出率为41.44%,其中腺病毒阳性104份,检出率为3.02%。腺病毒感染的症状温和,以<5岁婴幼儿感染为主,5—6月是感染的主要高峰期。分离到的33株腺病毒毒株以腺病毒3型和7型为主,主要集中于B、C和E3血清型上。结论腺病毒是上海市浦东新区呼吸道感染的主要病毒之一,需要对腺病毒的变异进行进一步的检测,防止聚集性疫情的发生。

[Objective] To know the molecular epidemiological characteristics of respiratory infection caused by adenovirus （ADV） in Pudong New Area of Shanghai from 2013-2016. [MethodsJ Samples were collected from seven sentinel hospitals and detected with multipex PCR for respiratory viruses. ADV positive sample was seeded onto Hep-2 cell. Hexon gene of ADVstrain was amplified by PCR and the PCR product was sequenced and analyzed. [Resultsl From 2013-2016, a total of 3 446 samples were detected and 1 428 samples were positive with respiratory viruses, and the detection rate was 41.44%. There were 104 positive samples of ADV with the detection rate of 3.02%. The symptoms of ADV infection were mild, and most of patients were children under 5 years old. The peak season appeared May and June. ADV-3 and ADV-7 were the main genotypes and the serotypes were B, C and E3. [Conclusion] ADV is the main virus that cause respiratory infection in Pudong New Area of Shanghai. It is necessary to can＇y out the further detection on mutation of ADV to prevent the outbreak and epidemic of ADV.
