大学生在新媒体及传统媒体中获得艾滋病健康教育知晓情况调查

Survey on the awareness of AIDS health knowledge among college students via new media and traditional media

目的对天津市高校在校大学生获取艾滋病(AIDS)健康教育知识的知晓情况及获取途径进行调查分析,为今后AIDS健康教育工作提供可靠的参考。方法随机抽取天津市19所综合性大学在校生9 826人,对其开展AIDS健康教育知识及获取方式问卷调查,并对调查结果进行统计分析。结果收集有效问卷9 686份。大学生对AIDS预防治疗知识的知晓率得分为87.70,获得主要来源为网络搜索引擎、医学专业书籍、微信等。大学生获得AIDS防治相关知识的多种渠道间差异有统计学意义(χ~2=21 872.00,P<0.01),通过新媒体渠道获取知识的学生数高于传统媒体(χ~2=5 372.36,P<0.01),大学生所希望的预防AIDS知识来源与现有知识来源也不同。结论新媒体已经成为当今高校大学生获取AIDS相关知识的最主要途径,传统媒体应与新媒体互补,进行转型优化,更有利于大学生进行AIDS相关知识的健康教育及科学防治知识的发展与传播。

[Objective] To investigate and analyze the awareness rate and access channels of AIDS health knowledge among college students in Tianjin, and to provide a reliable reference for AIDS health education in future. [Methods] A total of 9 826 students were enrolled in 19 comprehensive universities in Tianjin by random sampling method. Questionnaire survey about AIDS health knowledge and its access channels was conducted, and the results were analyzed statistically. [Results] A total of 9 686 valid questionnaires were collected. The score of awareness rate of college students on AIDS prevention and treatment was 87.70, the main access channels were web search engines, medical books, WeChat, etc. The differences among college students in acquiring AIDS-related knowledge were statistically significant （X2=21 872.00, P〈0.01 ）. There were more students acquiring knowledge through new media than traditional media（X^2=5 372.36, P〈0.01 ）. The source of AIDS knowledge that college students hoping for was different from the existing. [Conclusion] New media has become the most important way for college students to get AIDS-related knowledge. Traditional media should complement each other with new media, get promotion to improve development and spread of AIDS health education and related control and prevention knowledge in the universities.
