时机理论在照护体验及照顾需求中的应用研究现状

时机理论将疾病过程分为事件/诊断期、稳定期、准备期、实施期及适应期5个时期,每个时期强调为照顾者提供信息、情感、培训及评价需求的支持,帮助解决照顾者的阶段性具体支持需求,增强其准备,缓解过渡问题,并尽量减少负面结果。本文综述了时机理论的内涵、各阶段特征及具体支持需求及其在患者与照顾者不同疾病阶段的照护体验及照顾需求中的应用研究现状,以期为患者及照顾者延续性护理干预研究提供新的研究思路。

The Timing it right framework divides the disease process into five periods： event/diagnosis, stabilization, preparation, implementation, adaptation. Each period emphasizes to give the caregivers information, emotion, training and evaluation support, and meet the phased support needs of the caregivers, and eventually to enhance their preparation, mitigate the transition, and try to minimize the negative results. This paper summarizes the concept, characteristics of each stage, specific support needs of the Timing It Right Framework and its application in the care experience and care needs of patients and caregivers at different stages of disease, so as to provide some new research ideas for patient and caregiver＇s continuity nursing intervention study.
