摘要 教学质量是学院办学的生命线,教学质量水平的高低直接影响其培养对象素质的高低,进而影响学院的生存与发展。作为一所新建院校,建立科学、合理、有效、可操作性强的质量监控评价体系尤为重要。北京工业大学耿丹学院自建校伊始,从评价主体、评价内容、评价方法等方面不断探索,目前已建立了有自身特色的闭环多元质量监控评价体系,对教学质量进行全面监控,持续迭代改进。
