布地奈德联合干扰素雾化吸入治疗急性病毒性喉炎的效果分析

Budesonide combined with interferon inhalation in treatment of acute viral laryngitis

目的通过观察布地奈德联合干扰素雾化吸入治疗小儿急性病毒性喉炎的效果与不良反应，探讨此种方法对急性病毒性喉炎的疗效。方法选择本院2015年10月至2017年10月门诊收治并确诊的急性病毒性喉炎患儿70例，随机分成两组，各35例；对照组为布地奈德单一雾化组，观察组为布地奈德联合干扰素雾化组；观察和比较两组的疗效与不良反应。结果观察组临床治疗5d后的总有效率达到97．1％，明显高于对照组的77．1％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组在发热、声嘶、喉鸣、咳嗽和呼吸困难等症状消失时间均明显短于对照组，差异均统计学上有意义（均P〈0．05）。结论布地奈德联合干扰素雾化吸入治疗急性病毒性喉炎，可以更迅速缓解症状，控制病情，更快达到临床治愈的目的。

Objective To observe the efficacy and adverse reactions of budesonide combined with interferon inhalation in the treatment of acute viral laryngitis in children. Methods 70 cases of acute viral laryngitis diagnosed at our hospital from October, 2015 to October, 2017 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, 35 cases for each group. The control group were treated with budesonide, and the observation group with budesonide and interferon atomization. The curative effects of the two groups were observed and compared. Results After 5 days＇ treatment, the total effective rate was 97.1% in the observation group and was 77.1% in the control group, with a statistical difference （P〈0.05）. The times for the disappearance of fever, hoarseness, stridor, cough, adyspnea, and other symptoms were shorter in the observation group than in the control group, with statistical differences （all P〈0.05）. Conclusion Budesonide combined with interferon aerosol inhalation for acute viral laryngitis can relieve symptoms quickly, control the disease, and achieve the goal of clinical cure faster.
