细节护理保障手术室患者安全的效果探析

Detail nursing care in ensuring patients＇ safety at operation room

目的探讨细节护理在保障手术室患者安全中的效果。方法将本院拟行手术治疗的186例患者随机分为接受细节护理的观察组（93例）和接受常规护理的常规组（93例），比较两组手术室护理安全质量评分、麻醉前焦虑自评量表（SAS）评分、术中心率和血压波动幅度等情况。结果观察组术中护理综合评分【（8．92±2．14）分】、手术室护理安全质量评分【（19．11±3．38）分、（28．06±5．35）分、（28．72±5．57）分、（19．19±3．42）分】均显著高于常规组（均P〈0．05）；麻醉前SAS评分【（26．24±6．75）分】、术中心率波动幅度[（19．95±4．71）次／min】、血压波动幅度【（16．36±5．42）mmHg】及术后感染发生率（6．45％）均明显低于常规组（P〈0．05）。结论细节护理可提高手术室护理质量，缓解麻醉前焦虑，降低术中心率、血压波动幅度和术后感染发生率，有效保障手术室患者的安全。

Objective To explore the effects of detail nursing care in ensuring patients＇ safety at operation room. Methods 186 patients scheduled for surgical treatment at our hospital were randomly divided into an observation group （ n=93, given detail nursing care ） and a control group （ n=93, given routine nursing care ） . The scores of nursing safety quality at operation room, self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） before anesthesia, and intraoperative heart rate and blood pressure fluctuation ranges were compared between the two groups. Results The comprehensive score of intra-operative nursing care and nursing safety quality scores at operation room were （ 8.92±2.14 ） , （ 19.11±3.38 ） , （ 28.06±5.35 ） , （ 28.72±5.57 ） , and （ 19.19±3.42 ） in the observation group, which were significantly higher than those in the control group （ all P〈0.05 ） . The SAS score before anesthesia, the fluctuation ranges of intraoperative heart rate and blood pressure, and the incidence of postoperative infection were （ 26.24±6.75 ） , （ 19.95±4.71 ） times/min, （ 16.36±5.42 ） mmHg, and 6.45% in the observation group, which were significantly lower than those in the control group （ all P〈0.05 ） . Conclusions Detail nursing care can improve the nursing quality at operating room, ease the patients＇ pre-anesthesia anxiety, reduce the fluctuation ranges of intraoperative heart rate and blood pressure and the incidence of postoperative infection, and effectively ensure the patients＇ safety at operating room.
