他克莫司胶囊联合醋酸泼尼松龙片治疗系统性红斑狼疮效果分析

Analyzing efficacy of Tacrolimus Capsules combined with Prednisolone Acetate Tablets in the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus

目的观察他克莫司胶囊联合醋酸泼尼松龙片治疗系统性红斑狼疮的临床效果。方法选择我院2016年9月~2017年9月收治的82例系统性红斑狼疮患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和联合组各41例,对照组施予醋酸泼尼松龙片治疗,联合组在对照组基础上施加他克莫司胶囊进行治疗。比较两组在血红蛋白、血小板、白细胞三者上的有效率,统计两组不良反应发生情况。结果联合组血红蛋白、血小板、白细胞的有效率在统计学上分析,均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组不良反应发生率为7.32%(3/41),明显低于对照组的26.83%(11/41),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论他克莫司胶囊联合醋酸泼尼松龙片可明显提升系统性红斑狼疮患者的临床治疗效果,对患者血红蛋白、血小板、白细胞的有效率均有提高,同时不良反应明显降低,有利于改善患者预后。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Tacrolimus capsules combined with prednisolone acetate tablets in the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus. Methods 82 cases of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus in our hospital in September 2016 - 2017 year in September were as the research object, according to random digital table method the patients were divided into control group and combined group with 41 cases in each group, the control group received treatment with Prednisolone Acetate Tablets, in the control group Tacrolimus Capsules was adding on the basis of the treatment. The efficiency in hemoglobin, platelets and leukocyte was compared between two groups, and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was sta- tistically analyzed. Results The efficacy of hemoglobin, platelets and white blood ceils in combined group were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）; the incidence of adverse reaction was 7.32% （3/41） in combined group, significantly lower than that of control group 26.83% （11/41）, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Tacrolimus Capsules combined with Prednisolone Acetate Tablets can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of systemic lupus erythematosus patients, improve the effective rate of hemoglobin, platelet and white blood cells, and reduce the adverse reactions, which is beneficial to improve the prognosis of patients.
