认知教育干预在外来工银屑病患者健康管理中的实践研究

摘要 目的探讨认知教育干预在中山市外来工银屑病患者健康管理中的实践效果。方法选取中山市第二人民医院于2015年1月~2017年6月期间收治的中山市外来工中108例银屑病患者作为研究对象,按抽签法分为实验组与对照组,每组54例。对照组给予门诊形式皮肤病常规护理,实验组给予医患交流座谈会联合电话随访形式认知教育干预,比较两组干预效果、认知结果、皮肤病生活质量指标调查表(DLQI)评分以及一般健康调查表(GHQ)评分。结果实验组干预总有效率85.19%明显高于对照组50.00%;实验组各项认知率均高于对照组;干预后,实验组DLQI评分、GHQ评分均明显低于治疗前与对照组,上述差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论银屑病患者健康管理中应用认知教育干预效果满意,可显著提高患者生活质量与健康状态。 Objective To explore the effect of cognitive education intervention on health management of migrant workers with psoriasis in Zhongshan. Methods 108 cases of migrant workers with psoriasis in Zhongshan Second People's Hospital from January 2015 to June 2017 were selected as the subjects. The experiment group and the control group were divided according to the drawing method, 54 cases in each group. The control group The control group was given routine care tbr outpatient dermatosis, while patients in experiment group was conducted withcognitive education intervention in the form of" Doctor-patiem Communication Symposium joint with telephone follow-up. To compare intervention effect, cognitive results, the score of dermatitis life quality investigation ( DLQI ) and general health questionaire (GHQ) between two groups. Results The total effective rate 85.19% in experiment group was significantly higher than 50.00% in control group, the above differences have statistical significance (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The cognitive intervention tbr migrant workers with psoriasis has satisfy effects, which could improve life quality and health situation lbr patients.
