曲安奈德、得宝松治疗瘢痕疙瘩疗效比较

Observation of Curative Effect of Compound Betamethasone Compared with triamcinolone acetonide on the treatment of Keloid

目的观察曲安奈德和得宝松治疗瘢痕疙瘩的疗效及安全性。方法瘢痕疙瘩患者180例,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组90例。观察组给予得宝松联合盐酸利多卡因治疗;对照组患者给予曲安奈德和利多卡因治疗,对比两组临床疗效。结果经过治疗,观察组总有效率为83.33%;对照组总有效率为81.11%,两组患者比较无统计学意义。结论得宝松治疗瘢痕疙瘩较曲安奈德副反应相对更少,安全有效,更值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the curative effect and safety of compound betamethasone compared with triamcinolone acetonide in the treatment of keloid. Methods 180 cases of keloid patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 90 patients in each group. The patients in the treatment group were treated with compound betamethasone combined with lidocaine hydrochloride. The patients in the control group were treated with tri- amcinolone acetonide and lidocaine. Results After treatment, the total effective rate was 83.33% in the treatment group and 81.11% in the control group. The difference in two groups were not statistically significant. Conclusion The application of compound betamethasone in the treatment of keloid is effective and less recurrence, worthy of clinical promotion.
