穴位注射治疗阴部及肛周瘙痒症150例体会

Acupoint injection in the treatment of genital and perianal pruritus in 150 cases

目的探讨穴位注射确炎舒松A联合利多卡因治疗阴部及肛周瘙痒症的临床疗效,为临床治疗提供科学有效的方法。方法选择150例慢性阴部及肛周瘙痒症患者为本文观察对象,按照随机数字表法将患者分为观察组与对照组,每组75例。观察组采用长强、曲骨、会阴三穴注射确炎舒松A联合利多卡因治疗,对照组给予患者坐浴加糠酸莫米松乳膏外涂治疗,两组均治疗2周,观察治疗总有效率、复发率、患者皮损面积以及瘙痒症状。结果观察组治疗总有效率为94.67%,明显高于对照组的84.00%,统计学处理可见显著差异性(P<0.01);观察组复发率为8.00%,对照组为28.00%,组间统计学差异显著(P<0.01);治疗后,两组瘙痒症状得到明显缓解,皮损面积显著减少(P<0.01);治疗后组间比较,观察组瘙痒症状、皮损面积改善均优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论穴位注射治疗阴部及肛周瘙痒症,具有确切疗效,瘙痒症状明显改善,复发率降低,是经济且可靠的治疗方法,值得推广与应用。

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of acupoint injection of triamcinolone A compound lidocaine in the treatment of perianal pruritus and genitals, provide scientific and effective methods for clinical treatment. Methods To choose 150 cases of chronic genital and perianal pntritus patients as the observation object, according to randomly divided into observation group and control group, 75 cases in each group. The observation group with long, curved bone, three perineal acupoint injection of triamcinolone A combined with lidocaine treatment, the control group was given with hip bath and Mometasone Furoate Cream with the treatment, two groups were treated for 2 weeks, to observe the total efficiency of treatment, the recurrence rate of patients with psoriasis area and symptoms of itching. Results The total efficiency of the observation group was 94.67%, significantly higher than 84.00% in the control group, statistically significant difference observed （P 〈 0.01）; the observation group recurrence rate was 8.00%, the control group was 28.00%, statistically significant differences between the groups was significant （P 〈 0.01）; after treatment, two groups of symptoms of itching to relieve. The lesion area was significantly reduced （P 〈 0.01）; after treatment between the two groups, the observation group to improve the symptoms of itching, lesion area was better than the control group （P 〈 0.01）. Conelusion Acupoint injection in the treatment of genital and perianal pruritus, pruritus has definite therapeu- tic effect, symptoms improved significantly, lower recurrence rate, treatment method is economical and reliable, and is worthy of promotion and application.
