子宫内膜癌患者与人乳头状瘤病毒感染的相关性分析

摘要 目的探讨人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)感染与子宫内膜癌发生存在的相关性。方法选取2016年4月~2017年5月进入本院接受子宫病变筛查的500名女性作为对象,回顾性分析受检者HPV感染情况,并做对比。结果在高危型HPV分布方面,HPV16的阳性率最高,为37.00%(185/500),其次为HPV52、HPV58,感染率分别为18.00%、16.00%,差异对比有显著性(P<0.05)。在子宫肌瘤、子宫内膜癌及其他子宫病变中,HPV16感染率均明显高于HPV52、HPV58感染率(P<0.05)。结论 HPV16、HPV52、HPV58感染均与子宫内膜癌发生有关系,避免HPV感染有望降低子宫内膜癌发生率。
