摘要
智能手机的普及和无线网络的全面覆盖为病案管理新模式提供了可能性,将病案管理与移动软件系统相结合是当前病案管理工作研究的重要内容。本研究从移动病案的建设背景和服务对象的需求进行分析,提出了移动软件系统APP功能架构设计和安全设计。通过移动软件系统APP的建立可实现患者病案资料在线查询、医护端的病案管理、病案资料的回收功能。基于病案信息平台的移动APP为病案管理提供了新思路、新模式,患者获取病案资料不受时间和地域的限制,医护人员便捷地获取患者的病案资料,同时优化了病案回收流程。
The popularization of smart phone and the comprehensive coverage of wireless network provide the possibility for new mode of medical record management.It is worth investigating use application in the management of Medical Record.This study is about the construction background,the object,the function and the security of Medical Record APP.The patient can inquire the medical record on line by the APP.Besides the doctor and the nurse can complete the medical treatment by the APP.The APP can also realize the function of medical record reclaim.Patients can get the medical records quickly and not subject to geographical limits and temporal limits.The doctor and nurse can conveniently obtain the patient＇s medical records.
