北京市住院儿童疾病构成与户籍分析

Analysis of the Disease Composition and Household Registration of Hospitalized Children in Beijing

目的通过分析北京市住院儿童疾病构成及户籍分布,为合理配备卫生资源提供数据支持。方法利用国际疾病分类ICD-10对2003年-2014年北京市儿童住院病例的主要诊断进行分类,应用描述性方法对1 799 477例病例进行分析。结果儿童呼吸系统疾病在12年间一直稳居第一位;影响健康状态与保健机构接触的因素以及先天性畸形、变形和染色体异常顺位也比较靠前;消化系统疾病、损伤中毒和外因的某些其他后果和传染病寄生虫病有所下降。2009年-2014年户籍分析得出儿童主要疾患中,北京地区和河北地区基本处于前两位。结论为了满足京津冀一体化的需求,北京市应结合周边地区的就医需要,加强血液及造血器官疾病和涉及免疫机制的疾患、先天性畸形、变形和染色体异常、影响健康状态和与保健机构接触的因素等类儿童疾病的人员、物资配置。

Objective In order to provide data support for rational allocation of health resources,the disease composition and household registration distribution of hospitalized children in Beijing were analyzed.Methods Classifying of the principal diagnoses in the medical records of impatient children in Beijing,2003-2014,based on International Classification of Diseases（ICD-10）,total of 1,799,477 cases.Analyzing them with the descriptive method.Results According to the descriptive analysis of the rank orders of disease constitution from2003-2014,it presents that the respiratory system diseases in children ranks top one for 12 consecutive years,those factors affecting the health condition and access of medical services,as well as congenital malformation,deformation,chromosomal abnormality also ranks in the leading position.However,digestive system disease,injury and poisoning,the consequence of external cause,as well as the infectious and parasitic diseases ranked down.The analysis of household registration of the ailing children from the year 2009-2014 shows that Beijing and Hebei ranks the first two regions.Conclusion In order to meet the demand of the integration of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,the municipal government of Beijing is supposed to be in accordance with the medical needs of peripheral regions,strengthen the personnel and material allocation for pediatric diseases such as blood and hematopoietic diseases,diseases related to immune mechanism,congenital malformation,deformation,chromosomal abnormality,as well as the factors affecting the health condition and access of medical services.
