摘要
目的基于结构方程模型的统计学方法,研究情绪智力对护士工作绩效的影响。方法根据已有理论基础和研究结果构建假设模型,对某几所三甲医院现有的医务人员被试群体进行随机抽样,采用问卷调查法对模型中的变量关系进行验证与比较,使用SPSS软件进行统计分析。结果结构方程模型分析结果表明,χ~2=168.757(P<0.001),df=84,χ~2/df=2.00;RMSEA=0.058;CFI=0.973,TLI=0.967,模型拟合很好。工作投入在情绪智力对工作绩效、工作满意度的预测作用中起部分中介作用,并且工作绩效与工作满意度显著相关。结论基于结构方程模型构建情绪智力作为前因变量的模型,从而完善已有研究模型,为后续研究提供参考与依据,并对促进护理管理工作、提高护理质量有重要意义。
Objective Based on Structural Equation Modeling,research Emotional Intelligence's influence on nurses' job performance.Methods According to existing theory and research results,hypothetical model was constructed.Samples were randomly chosen from medical personnel in some A-level tertiary hospitals,relationship between the variables in the model was validated and compared using a questionnaire survey,and SPSS software was used for statistical analysis.Results Structural equation modeling analysis showed that the model fits well,χ2=168.757(p〈0.001),df =84,χ2/df = 2.00;RMSEA=0.058;CFI=0.973,TLI=0.967.It also showed that job engagement plays an intermediary role in emotional intelligence's predictive function on job performance and job satisfaction,and job performance is significantly correlated to job satisfaction.Conclusion The model where emotional intelligence is an antecedent variable was constructed by using Structural Equation Modeling.This study made improvements on existing research model and provide follow-up research with reference and basis.It is also highly meaningful to promoting nursing management and improving nursing quality.
