摘要
针对人工智能发展的现状,着重分析如下问题:第一,智能与人工智能的概念;第二,人工智能发展背后的哲学意义,其中包括人工智能发展的本体论与认识论意义、人工智能发展面临的伦理学和政治哲学问题;第三,人工智能可能带来的社会治理问题,以及若干可以参考的治理建议。
According to the current situation of the development of artificial intelligence （AI）, this paper mainly analyzes the following issues： first, the concept of intelligence and AI; second, the philosophical significance of the development of AI, including the ontological and epistemological significance, and the ethical and political philosophical issues affecting the development of AI; third, the social governance problems that AI may cause, and several governance suggestions that can be used for reference.
