摘要
人类社会一直把"人工智能",甚至"类人机器人",单纯作为自己的使用工具而发明、生产甚至创造出来,即"工具性"是其第一属性。然而,作为"会使用工具的机器人","类人机器人"还可能通过自我学习等自主方式,获得与人类一样的智商、情商与伦理道德,从而具有显著的"社会性"。世界首例"机器人公民""索菲亚"在公民、社会与国家等观念上给予人类更多想象,人类社会生活特别是政治生活中赖以生存的最直接"土壤"——国家与社会关系——在发生学意义上开始产生"祛魅"与重塑等变化。
The human society has always invented, produced or created "artificial intelligence" or even the "humanoid robot" as a tool, which means "instrumentality" is its first attribute.
