中国共产党九十多年的奋斗历程表明,正是由于共产党人坚守人民至上的"初心",践行群众路线,才取得了从胜利走向胜利的辉煌成绩。从历史逻辑来看,坚持以人民为中心是中国共产党革命和建设取得胜利的重要法宝;从理论逻辑来看,坚持以人民为中心是中国共产党对马克思主义唯物史观和党建理论的发展与丰富;从实践逻辑来看,坚持以人民为中心是新时代实现中华民族伟大复兴的根本要求,因而人民性是中国共产党"初心"的本质属性。

The hard struggle of the Communist Party of China （CPC） over the past 90 plus years has shown that its succession of victories are attributed to its persistent commitment to the original aspiration of the people-centered philosophy and the mass line policy. Reviewing the history, the people-centered philosophy is an important measure for the CPC to achieve victories in the revolution and development. In the theoretical terms, the people-centered philosophy indicates that the CPC develops and enriches the Marxist historical materialism and its theory of Party building. In the practical terms, to be people-centered is the fundamental requirement for achieving the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation in the new era. Therefore, affinity to the people is an essential feature of the original aspiration of the CPC.
