摘要
简单介绍了国内木质家具制造行业及涂料涂装概况,并分析了行业涂装工艺及3类常见干燥技术;对涂装过程中的VOCs的排放水平做定量分析,同时根据涂料产品和涂装工艺的不同做了减排潜力的分析估算,充分说明行业的VOCs减排潜力很大。另一方面,也针对行业中几类常见的VOCs处理方法做了简单阐述及优缺点对比。
This paper briefly introduces the situation of the Chinese wood furniture manufacturing industry and coatings application, and analyzes industrial coatings application process and three common drying technologies; quantitatively analyzes levels of VOCs emissions in coatings application, and analyzes and estimates emissions reduction potential according to different coatings products and coatings application processes, fully showing the industry's great potential for VOCs emissions reduction. On the other hand, several common VOCs processing methods in the industry are discussed briefly, and their advantages and disadvantages are compared.
