摘要
利用种子乳液聚合法,采用酰肼室温自交联技术,合成了水性木器封闭底漆用苯丙乳液。研究了甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MAA)、玻璃化转变温度(Tg)、双丙酮丙烯酰胺(DAAM)和氧化锌(ZnO)对水性木器封闭底漆用苯丙乳液封闭性的影响。结果表明,MAA用量为6%,理论T_g为30℃,DAAM用量为2.5%,ZnO用量为1%时,所制备的水性木器封闭底漆用苯丙乳液封闭性较好。
Styrene-acrylic emulsion of blocking primer for waterborne wood coatings was synthesized by using seed emulsion polymerization and hydrazine ambient self-crosslinking technology. The influence of methyl methacrylate(MAA), glass transition temperature(Tg), diacetone acrylamide(DAAM) and zinc oxide(ZnO) on the sealing ability of styrene-acrylic emulsion of blocking primer for waterborne wood coatings was researched. The results showed that the sealing ability of styrene-acrylic emulsion of blocking primer for waterborne wood coatings was good when the dosage of MAA was 6%, the theorical Tg was 30 ℃, the dosage of DAAM was 2.5% and the dosage of ZnO was 1%.
