新乡市中心血站单采血小板采集不足量原因分析

Analysis the reason of shortage of apheresis platelet in Xinxiang central blood station

目的研究分析新乡市中心血站单采血小板采集不足量发生的原因,并探讨其相应的预防措施。方法对2014年1月—2016年12月新乡市中心血站单采血小板采集不足量情况进行分类、统计和分析。结果 10 137例单采血小板献血者中发生采集不足量的有58例,导致采集不足量的常见原因有:精神紧张性不良反应(23例)、枸橼酸盐中毒反应(13例)、穿刺技术(10例)、冲红(4例)、机器耗材问题(4例)及其他(4例),献血者的性别、年龄、体质量、饮食和献血经历是采集不足量的主要影响因素。结论精神紧张性不良反应、枸橼酸盐中毒反应、穿刺技术、冲红、机器耗材问题及献血者个体因素是造成单采血小板采集不足量的主要原因。

Objective To research and analyze the reason of insufficient collection of apheresis platelets in Xinxiang central blood station,and discuss the corresponding preventive measures.Methods The insufficient collection of apheresis platelets in Xinxiang central blood station from January 2014 to December 2016 was classified, counted and analyzed.Results In 10 137 cases of platelet donors, 58 cases were not adequately collected. The common causes of insufficient collection included stress adverse reactions（23 cases）, citrate poisoning（13 cases）, puncture technique（10 cases）, red flushing（4 cases）, machine consumables（4 cases） and other（4 cases）. Blood donors＇ gender, age, weight, diet and blood donation experience were the main influencing factors for insufficient collection.Conclusion The main reasons of the insufficient collection of apheresis platelets were the adverse reaction of mental tension, the reaction of citrate poisoning, the puncture technique, the scarlet, the machine consumables and the individual factors of the blood donors.
