摘要 方邦江教授认为,对于老年急性发热,应从外感和内伤两方面审证求因,辨证论治,衷中参西,灵活运用。对于外感发热以清热为治疗原则,根据病邪性质、病位、影响气血津液的不同,以清热解毒、清热利湿、通腑泻下、清泻脏腑,在清热同时兼顾养阴益气,以达清除邪热、调和脏腑之目的。对于外感风寒之邪入里化热,或为感受风热之邪后热邪壅滞于肺,以清肺化痰平喘为法,立足表邪未解兼有肺热喘咳之麻杏甘石汤,尤其擅于重用石膏。针对内伤发热应根据证候、病机不同而分别采用不同的治法,虚火宜补,实火宜清。 Professor FANG Bangjiang believes that for the for acute fever in the elderly, we should examine the causes of symptoms from external and internal injuries, treat them by differentiation of symptoms and signs, and apply them flexibly. For the principle of treating exogenous fever with heat clearing, according to the nature of the disease, the position of the disease and the influence of the qi and blood body fluid, the purpose of clearing away heat and harmonizing the viscera is also taken into account by clearing heat and removing poison, clearing heat and dampness, clearing up the organs and purging the viscera, and taking into account the nourishing yin and nourishing qi. For the heat of exogenous pathogenic wind and cold, or wind and heat, heat evil is stagnant in the lungs, Qingfei and eliminate phlegm and asthma is the method. Based on the table with the evil unsolved hyperactivity cough and asthma of Maxing Shigan decoction, especially good at reuse gypsum.Aiming at the endogenous fever should be based on the syndrome, pathogenesis and different treatment, hypopyretic appropriate filling and the real fire should be clear.
