Establishment of lung detriment's effect on collateral theory based on meridian and collateral theory

目前,对于经络规律的研究逐渐引起学术界的关注并成为近年学术研究的热门话题,但研究侧重点多在经脉和络脉,对于脏腑尤其是肺脏与络脉的关系则缺乏全面系统的整理和更加深入的挖掘。结合肺脏和络脉自身的特点而提出的肺损络伤学说,力图阐明肺脏与全身络脉的相应关系,探索肺损络伤的病因病机,并初步确立"通络"的治疗原则,在临床取得了较好的疗效。

In recent years, research on meridian and collateral laws has been gradually arousing academia＇s concern and becoming a hot topic. But the research emphasizes on meridian vessel and collateral. Research on viscera and bowels lacks overall and systematic study and deeper exploration especially on the relationship between lung and collateral. Lung detriment＇s effect on collateral theory based on lung and collateral＇s own characteristic, we try to clarify the relationship between lung and systemic collateral and explore the etiology and pathogenesis of lung detriment＇s effect on collateral. The theory establishes the preliminary therapeutic principle of ＂dredging collateral＂ and achieves good effect.
