中医情志护理联合穴位按摩对消防官兵心理健康状况的影响

Influence of Chinese medicine's emotion nursing combined with acupoint massage on the mental health of fire officers and soldiers

目的观察中医情志护理联合穴位按摩对消防部队官兵心理健康状况的影响。方法随机抽取长春市市辖区在岗消防官兵100名(均为男性),分为对照组与观察组,各50名。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组的基础上联合穴位按摩和中医情志护理,于干预开始前和干预后1个月评估2组心理健康状况及生活质量的变化。结果观察组在实施干预后,SAS、SDS评分明显低于对照组,观察组SF-36评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医情志护理联合穴位按摩可有效缓解消防官兵焦虑、抑郁的情绪,显著提高消防官兵的生活质量和满意度。

Objective To observe the influence of traditional Chinese medicine emotion nursing combined with acupoint massage on the mental health of officers and soldiers of fire brigade. Methods A total of 100 fire fighting officers and soldiers（all male） were randomly selected from Changchun city district and divided into control group and observation group with 50 in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention. Observation group adopted acupoint massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing method based on the method of control group. The changes of mental health and quality of life in two groups of firefighters were assessed before and 1 month after the intervention. Results The observation group after the implementation of the intervention, SAS, SDS scores were significantly lower than the control group, the SF-36 score of the fire officers and soldiers in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Chinese medicine emotional care combined with acupoint massage can effectively relieve the anxiety and depression of fire fighting officers and soldiers, and significantly improve the quality of life and satisfaction of fire officers and soldiers.
