全髋关节置换患者延续性护理需求的调查

Study on continuity care needs of total hip arthroplasty patients

目的调查全髋关节置换术后患者出院后对护理内容、方式的需求,作为患者出院后实施延续性护理的可靠依据。方法采用自制的全髋关节置换术后患者延续性护理调查表对122例患者在出院前1天进行调查,对调查结果进行统计分析。结果全髋关节置换术后患者对延续性护理需求超过80%的分别是禁忌动作内容、居家护理技巧、康复功能锻炼、血栓相关知识、缓解疼痛的方法,得分均在4.23分以上;患者对延续性护理方式需求超过60%的分别是微信平台、电话随访。结论全髋关节置换术后患者对延续性护理的需求内容和方式呈多样性,护士应针对患者的情况,制定有针对性、个体化的延续性护理服务和回访方式,促进患者肢体功能康复,减少并发症,减少住院次数,减轻患者与家属的经济负担。

Objective To investigate patients discharged from hospital after total hip replacement demand for nursing contents, ways, as patients discharged from hospital after implementing the reliable basis of continuity care. Methods A self-made questionnaire for continuous nursing care of 122 patients after total hip arthroplasty was used to investigate the results one day before discharge. Results Demand for continuity care of the patients after total hip replacement more than 80% are taboo action content, home care skills, rehabilitation exercise, thrombosis related knowledge, the method of pain relief, scored above 4.23; Demand for continuity care means more than 60% are the micro letter platform, telephone pays a return visit. Conclusion Continuity care content and way of patients after total hip replacement are diversity, the nurse should aim at the condition of the patients, develop targeted, individualized continuity care and returning visit, to promote the limb function recovery, reduce complications, decrease the times of hospitalization and reduce the economic burden of patients and families.
