Bakri止血球囊联合综合护理干预治疗产后出血

Bakri hemostatic balloon combined with comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage

目的探讨Bakri止血球囊联合综合护理干预治疗产后出血的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的产后出血产妇82例,根据治疗方法分成对照组和观察组,每组41例。对照组采用Bakri止血球囊联合常规护理干预治疗,观察组在此基础上进行综合护理干预治疗。比较2组临床疗效、术中出血量、术后24 h出血量、术后24 h血红蛋白水平,比较2组月经恢复情况及并发症的发生情况。结果观察组的临床疗效总有效率是90.24%,显著高于对照组(80.49%)(P<0.05);观察组的术中出血量、术后24 h出血量和术后24 h血红蛋白水平都明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组产后恶露持续时间明显少于对照组(P<0.05);2组并发症的发生率间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组略低于对照组。结论 Bakri止血球囊联合综合护理干预对产后出血的疗效确切,能减少出血及并发症的发生,使产妇尽早康复。

Objective To objective the clinical effect of Bakri hemostasis balloon combined integrated nursing intervention on postpartum hemorrhage. Methods A total of 82 patients with postpartum hemorrhage in our hospital were studied and were divided into control group（n = 41） and observation group（n = 41） according to the treatment method. The control group was given Bakri hemostasis balloon combined routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given integrated nursing intervention on this basis. The clinical efficacy, intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative 24 h blood loss and hemoglobin level were compared between the two groups. The menorrhagia and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 90.24%, which was higher than control group（80.49%）（P〈0.05）. The intraoperative blood volume, blood volume and hemoglobin level 24 h after operation were lower than those of control group（P〈0.05）. The postpartum duration of lochia was shorter than that of control group（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups（P〉0.05）, and the observation group was slightly lower than the control group. Conclusion Bakri hemostasis balloon combined with integrated nursing intervention is beneficial to improve the effective treatment of postpartum hemorrhage, reduce blood volume, reduce the incidence of complications, and make the woman recover early.
