摘要
如何改善上盖地铁车辆段内运营条件是各地铁公司面临的共同问题,从一个全新角度开展了研究。对运营各类工班作业工序和时间安排进行分析,理清运营办公与生产之间的关系,针对运营人员近40%工作时间不在车间的工作特点,提出"以距离换环境"的设计思路,将地铁车辆段内办公与生产车间进行分离设计,生产车间进行上盖开发,而办公用房在盖外集中设置,虽然增加了人员办公与车间之间的走行距离,但确保了办公环境优良,从根本上改善了上盖车辆段内运营人员的工作条件。这种设计思路首次在深圳地铁设计中得到应用,是改善上盖地铁车辆段运营条件的有效方法。
Subway companies often face poor working environments when working in metro depots with a structure. This study analyzes the schedules and procedures of different work and management groups in the depots. Based on this analysis, it derives a clear relationship between working in the office and working in the workshop, and puts forward the design idea of "Long Distance for Good Environment" in line with the fact that nearly 40% of working hours are spent in the office by most of the employees. This design idea mainly focuses on separating the office area in an open space from the workshop area with a superstructure. Although it increases the distance between different working areas, it fundamentally improves operation conditions of the metro depot with a superstructure. The design idea was first used in the Shenzhen Metro and has proved to be an effective method to improve the working conditions of metro depots with a superstructure.
