Analysis on Appearance Defect of Aramid Paper Honeycomb

文摘对芳纶纸蜂窝的制备工艺流程进行了简单的介绍,结合其制备工艺,对蜂窝双层壁、嵌套孔格、S型孔格和人字形孔格等常见外观缺陷产生的原因进行了分析,并结合蜂窝制备过程提出了减少蜂窝缺陷的具体措施。建议研究人员评估芳纶纸蜂窝外观缺陷对其性能的影响,确定缺陷的可接受范围。

In this paper,aramid paper honeycomb preparation process is briefly introduced.Combining with aramid paper honeycomb preparation process,the causes of common appearance defects such as Doublewall thickness,Nested cells,S-sells and Herringbone patterns are analyzed,and some concrete measures to reduce honeycomb defects were proposed. It is recommended that researchers evaluate the effect of aramid paper honeycomb appearance defects on their performance and determine the acceptable range of defects.
