机载磁粉离合器MBSE建模方法和应用 被引量:1

MBSE Modeling and Application of Airborne Magnetic Powder Clutch

摘要 提出了航空机载产品的MBSE建模方法,分析了磁粉离合器的需求,采用多学科统一建模语言对可仿真的需求进行了MBSE电路和磁路建模、电磁力矩建模、离合传动建模,建立了磁粉离合器整机模型,实现了磁粉离合器的电、磁、传动机构的多学科仿真。使用成熟的磁场仿真软件对MBSE磁路模型进行了验证。对离合器的电磁力矩进行了仿真计算,对离合器整机MBSE模型进行了仿真测试,实现了对磁粉离合器需求的MBSE建模、仿真和验证。 The MBSE(model-based systems engineering) modeling method of airborne products was proposed. The requirements of Magnetic Powder Clutch were analyzed. Multidisciplinary unified modeling language was used to build the MBSE circuit and magnetic circuit, the magnetic torque and clutch transmission modeling. Multidisciplinary simulation of Magnetic Powder Clutch was successfully finished. The MBSE magnetic circuit modelwas verified with mature magnetic simulation software. The magnetic torque was simulated with the MBSE model. The clutch MBSE model was tested. The aim of The MBSE modeling, simulation and verification to Magnetic Powder Clutch was accomplished.
