Lightweight and Rapid Manufacturing of Low Speed Wind Tunnel Model

摘要 介绍了某飞机模型后机身和滑轨整流罩零部件制造过程,并与机加零件进行经济性对比分析。风洞试验模型桶段类后机身部件采用轻量化树脂泥模具及VARI工艺制造方法,重量减轻58%,周期缩短16%,成本增加20%。滑轨整流罩等异形零件采用选区熔化增材制造方式,与机加滑轨整流罩相比减重86%,研制周期和成本略有增加;与复材滑轨整流罩相比减重48%,制造周期缩短42%,成本降低28%。 The manufacturing processes for the rear fuselage and the slider rail fairing of the aircraft model were illustrated, and compared with machining processes from an economy point of view. With composite manufacturing process, the weight of the rear fuselage is reduced by 58%, and the period is shortened by 16% and the cost is increased by 20%. With additional manufacturing process, the weight of the slider rail fairing is reduced by 86% and the period and the cost increase slightly comparing to machining process; the weight is reduced by 48%, and the period is shortened by 42% and the cost is decreased by 28% comparing to composite manufactuiring.
