摘要
球阀是一种以球体作为启闭件的活门结构型式,主要用来对介质流量进行调节或截断,因其具有结构紧凑、密封性好的优点而被广泛应用在密封要求较高的航空产品中。本文针对产品密封性、体积及重量等指标,以某型产品为例,对球阀的内部密封结构进行了优化设计,确定了密封结构的关键设计因素,并推广到后续的球阀产品设计中。
The ball valve is a valve structure that use the ball as the headstock piece. It is used in regulate or cut-off the medium due to the advantages of compact structure and good sealing. It is used in the aviation products that sealing to demand higher. In view of the customer focused on product indicators such as sealing, volume, weight and so on, in the case of a certain type of product, optimal design was carried out on the internal sealing structure of the ball valve, identified the key design factors, and promoted in the design of the subsequent the ball valve products.
