摘要
本文分析某航空发动机控制系统精密阀套零组件制造工艺现状,提出了精密珩磨代替传统手工研磨、配磨-配试技术代替磨削技术、特种去毛刺光整技术代替手工去毛刺技术、先进自动化清洗技术代替手工清洗、清洁度量化检测分析代替传统目视检查技术等新技术。解决阀套零组件制造方面的技术质量问题,是精密阀套零组件制造技术发展的趋势。
The current situation of manufacturing process which belongs to the precision valve bush components in aviation engine control system were analyzed. The method has been raised, such as precision honing instead of traditional milling by hand, match milling and match testing instead of milling, special burring finishing technology instead of deburring technology, advanced automation cleaning technology instead of manual cleaning, cleanliness of quantitative detection instead of traditional visual inspection. Solving the technical quality problems can be the development tendency of the precision valve bush components manufacturing technology.
