从一枚小小的徽标，到一项运动与一座城市的天然契合，“帆船之都”用了14年的时间，成为一张亮丽的、真正能够代表青岛的城市名片。青岛，这座“帆船之都”由“零”开始，从无到有，再到今天拥有了属于自己的帆船盛会、属于自己的国际跨洋比赛，走了一段很长的路，也走出了一路的精彩，这离不开政府的不懈努力，离不开几代帆船人的不息热情以及青岛市民对帆船运动的由衷热爱。
