摘要 通过对检验检测机构资质认定检查评审工作存在问题的原因分析,提出学习能力不足、管理能力不足、质量意识不高等问题,并就实验室质量管理的持续全面性、履行质量职责、执行体系文件提出自己的认识,同时结合自己的工作实际就如何做好评审检查及实验室质量管理工作,提出预审自查、现场考核工作、规范检测能力申请表填写等方面的建议和具体措施,进一步增强对实验室质量管理工作的认识,提高质量意识,促进实验室质量管理工作的整体提升。 Through the analysis of the causes of the problems in the qualification certification inspection and evaluation of inspection and testing institutions, the problems of insufficient learning ability, insufficient management ability and low quality awareness were put forward. We also put forward our own understanding on the continuous comprehensiveness of laboratory quality management, the performance of quality responsibility and the implementation of system documents. At the same time, combining with the own works, some suggestions and specific measures were put forward in the aspects of pretrial and self-examination, on-site examination, and standardation of filling in the application form of testing ability, according to doing a good job of inspection and quality management of the laboratory, which is in order to further enhance the understanding of laboratory quality management work, improve quality awareness, and promote the overall improvement of laboratory quality management work.
